Processing Time

We try to have our items available to ship. If they are in stock they will be shipped within 2 business days . If they are not in stock, they will be available for pre-order with the estimated return date specified.

Shipping

Your order will be shipped via Canada Post from our in-home studio located in British Columbia. In the event that you require rush delivery, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will make every effort to fulfill your request.

We are currently only shipping within Canada

Returns

To exchange your product, please contact us at mistikcreativeco@gmail.com with your order number, reason for exchange and product you would like in return.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. Please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will be unable to exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must in the same condition that you received it.
Items exempt from being exchanged include:
- Any items purchased on sale.

Local Pickup

We do offer local pick up at location. If you wish to have local pickup, please use the contact us page and we will get in touch to place your order. We will then contact you when your order is ready for pick up. Item must then be picked up in a timely manner.
